Here are the advantages of EDC17 programming in
BOOTBENCH Mode!
TIME SAVING!
It is no longer necessary to remove the lower cover of the control unit to weld one or more BOOT wires.
This means faster repair time of the control unit and NO BREAKING RISK!
It is sufficient to connect 2 more wires to the comb of the control unit in addition to the power supplies and the 2 CAN lines. So in total 6 wires!
ALL MEMORY ACCESS!
The program allows read and write access to the eeprom and flash of the following tricore microcontrollers:
